An Adhesive Factory, Not a Trading Desk
PACT is the export brand of PACT (GUANGZHOU) INDUSTRY CO., LTD, founded in 2011 and based in Nansha District, Guangzhou. We employ 150 people across liquid adhesive production, aerosol filling, sealant cartridge filling, an in-house R&D laboratory, and quality control — which means the formulation, the filling and the batch records all sit under one roof. When a bond fails in the field, we can trace it to a raw material lot rather than to another company's drum.
Six product lines cover the industrial bonding and sealing range: contact adhesive in neoprene, SBS and water-based chemistries; spray adhesive for foam and upholstery; PU and neoprene shoe adhesive; neutral and acetoxy silicone sealant; one-component PU foam; and construction adhesive. Production runs to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with REACH statements, SGS reports and MSDS documentation issued per shipment, and low-VOC data measured against SCAQMD Rule 1168 and GB 33372-2020 where the destination market requires it — see our VOC limits by market reference.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer. PACT (GUANGZHOU) INDUSTRY CO., LTD has produced adhesives and sealants since 2011 from our own facility in Nansha District, Guangzhou, with liquid production, aerosol filling, sealant cartridge filling, an R&D laboratory and QC all in-house. That means lot-level traceability and no middleman markup.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 kg for liquid adhesives in 20 kg drums or 200 kg barrels, 3,000 cartridges for silicone sealant and 2,000 cans for PU foam. Private label orders follow the standard MOQ of the selected product; custom formulation batches typically run 500-3,000 kg per batch. Trial quantities from 200 kg are available for evaluation.
How do I choose between contact, spray and construction adhesive?
Match the chemistry to the substrate and the load. Contact adhesive suits permanent bonding of porous to non-porous surfaces — wood, laminate, leather, foam — under moderate to high shear. Spray adhesive is for fast, wide-area bonds on soft substrates such as foam and fabric. Construction adhesive handles structural mounting and gap-tolerant substrates like wall panels and trim. Which certifications and documents can you provide?
The factory holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Product lines carry REACH SVHC compliance statements, SGS test reports, MSDS/SDS in English and local languages, and low-VOC data against SCAQMD Rule 1168 and GB 33372-2020. Which instrument applies depends on the destination market — our VOC limits reference sets out where each one bites. Which countries do you export to, and on what terms?
We export to more than 60 countries, concentrated in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Standard terms are FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen, with CIF and DDP quotations on request. Sea freight runs roughly 18-22 days to Southeast Asia, 25-30 to the Middle East, 30-45 to Africa and 35-55 to Latin America depending on destination port.
How long does production take?
Standard SKUs ship within 7-15 days of deposit. Private label production runs 30-45 days including artwork, raw material procurement, filling, QC and container loading.
