Are you a direct adhesive manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer. Our factory is based in Guangzhou, Guangdong, and we produce all six product lines in-house — contact adhesive, spray adhesive, shoe adhesive, silicone sealant, PU foam, and construction adhesive. This means shorter lead times, lot-level traceability, and no middleman markup. The water-based applications listed separately on this page are assessed per request rather than stocked as catalogue grades.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk adhesive supply?
Standard MOQ is 500 kg for liquid adhesives in 20 kg drums or 200 kg barrels, 3,000 cartridges for silicone sealant and 2,000 cans for PU foam. Private label orders follow the standard MOQ of the selected product; custom formulation batches typically run 500-3,000 kg per batch. Smaller trial orders are available for evaluation — contact us with your target specification.
Which countries do you export adhesive and sealant products to?
We regularly export to more than 60 countries across Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia), the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iran), Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, South Africa), and Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile). Standard FOB port is Guangzhou or Shenzhen; CIF and DDP quotations available on request.
Do you offer OEM and private label adhesive manufacturing?
Yes. We provide OEM/ODM service including custom branding, multilingual labels, bespoke packaging formats, and R&D-led custom formulations. Typical private label projects complete in 30–45 days from artwork approval. See our OEM service page for the full workflow.
What certifications and compliance documents can you provide?
Our factory holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Individual product lines carry REACH SVHC compliance statements, SGS test reports, MSDS/SDS in English and local languages, and low-VOC test data against SCAQMD Rule 1168 and GB 33372-2020, plus REACH SVHC declarations for EU import. Custom regulatory dossiers are available for automotive, building, and furniture buyers.
How do I choose between contact adhesive, spray adhesive, and construction adhesive?
Match chemistry to substrate and load. Contact adhesive suits permanent bonding of porous-to-non-porous surfaces (wood, laminate, leather, foam) with moderate-to-high shear load. Spray adhesive is best for fast, repositionable bonds over large soft surfaces (foam, fabric, fiber). Construction adhesive handles structural mounting and gap-tolerant substrates (wall panels, trim, decorative mouldings). Our technical team can recommend the right grade for your application.
What is the typical production and shipping lead time?
Standard SKUs ship within 7-15 days of deposit. Private label production runs 30-45 days including artwork, raw material procurement, filling, QC, and container loading. Sea freight from Guangzhou/Shenzhen is typically 18–22 days to Southeast Asia, 25–30 days to the Middle East, 30–45 days to Africa, and 35–55 days to Latin America depending on destination port.
