Build Your Own Adhesive Brand

The adhesive and sealant market in developing regions is growing rapidly, driven by construction booms, expanding manufacturing sectors, and increasing demand for quality bonding products. For entrepreneurs, retailers and hardware chains, launching a private label adhesive brand is a proven path to capturing market share and building long-term customer loyalty.

PACT's private label service removes the complexity from brand creation. You do not need a factory, a formulation lab, or a packaging design team — we provide all of that. You bring the market knowledge and distribution network; we deliver professionally packaged, factory-tested products ready for your shelves. Our private label partners operate successful adhesive brands across construction, furniture, footwear, and general hardware markets in Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Whether you are starting from scratch with a completely new brand or expanding an existing product line with adhesives and sealants, our team handles the full workflow — from product selection and formulation to label design, regulatory compliance marking, and production. The result: a market-ready product that looks and performs like a premium brand, at factory-direct pricing.

Private Label Capabilities

Complete Brand Creation

Starting a new adhesive brand? We help you from scratch — product selection, packaging design, label artwork, and brand positioning. Our design team creates professional packaging that competes with established brands in your market.

Packaging Format Options

Choose from our full range of packaging formats: tins (100ml to 20L), drums (200L), aerosol cans (300ml to 750ml), cartridges (260ml to 600ml), tubes, bottles, pails (5-20kg), and bulk containers. Custom packaging dimensions available for large orders.

Label Design & Printing

High-quality label printing in up to 8 colors. Options include paper labels, vinyl stickers, shrink sleeves, and direct-print on metal tins. Multilingual labels available — we regularly produce labels in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, and Swahili.

Regulatory Compliance Marking

We ensure your product labels comply with destination market regulations — GHS hazard symbols, safety phrases (H and P statements), first aid information, storage instructions, and country-specific markings (CE, SASO, SON, etc.).

Brand Consistency Across Product Lines

Building a multi-product brand? We maintain visual consistency across your entire product range — same design language, color coding by product category, unified brand elements across contact adhesive, spray adhesive, sealant, and foam products.

Market-Ready Packaging

Our packaging is designed for retail and wholesale channels. Shelf-ready display boxes, bulk carton packing with your branding, and pallet labeling for warehouse distribution. All packaging includes barcode (EAN/UPC) printing.

Private Label Process

01

Brand Brief & Product Selection

Tell us about your target market, product range, brand positioning, and competitors. We recommend the right products from our catalog and suggest packaging formats suited to your distribution channels (retail, wholesale, or industrial).

02

Packaging Design & Artwork

Our design team creates packaging concepts based on your brand guidelines. If you have existing artwork, we adapt it to our packaging templates. Design includes front label, back label (with technical info and regulatory markings), and outer carton.

03

Design Approval & Pre-Production Sample

We produce physical packaging samples (printed labels on actual containers with product fill) for your approval. This lets you evaluate the final look, feel, and shelf presentation before committing to bulk production.

04

Bulk Production & Quality Inspection

After design approval, we proceed with label printing, product manufacturing, and filling. Each batch is inspected for label quality, fill accuracy, seal integrity, and packaging appearance before shipment.

05

Shipping & Reorder Support

Products are packed in branded outer cartons, palletized, and shipped to your destination. We maintain your design files and production records for easy reordering. Repeat orders typically ship within 15-20 working days.

Choosing Your First Range

Build the range around who buys from you, not around what a catalogue offers. The commonest first-order mistake is launching several grades that do the same job: they compete with each other on your shelf, tie up capital, and each one still needs its own artwork, documents and minimum quantity.

Three starting points below, by end customer. They are planning examples rather than packages — we do not publish a bundle price or a combined minimum, because every SKU carries its own.

For

Furniture and joinery workshops

Covers

  • HPL and laminate to board — neoprene contact adhesive, brush and spray grades
  • General interior assembly — SBS contact adhesive where heat is not a factor
  • Foam and fabric work — upholstery spray adhesive in bulk and aerosol
Where it overlaps
Neoprene and SBS overlap on interior panel work. Stock both only if your customers genuinely split between price-sensitive work and panels that see heat; otherwise start with one.
Upgrade later
Water-based contact adhesive, for customers with VOC limits or indoor-air requirements.
Packs
Tins for workshops, drums for factories, aerosols for touch-up and small jobs.
Documents
TDS and SDS per grade; solvent-borne grades ship as UN 1133 Class 3, which your warehouse and freight have to accept.
Confirm before ordering
Which two of these jobs your market actually buys, whether customers press panels or bond by contact, and your storage capacity for flammable liquids.

For

Footwear factories and the repair trade

Covers

  • Sole attaching — PU shoe adhesive
  • Lasting, insoles and upper assembly — neoprene shoe adhesive
  • Surface preparation materials — primers and halogenation agents, confirmed per enquiry
Where it overlaps
Neoprene shoe adhesive and neoprene contact adhesive are the same chemistry tuned differently. Carrying both only makes sense if you serve both shoe factories and furniture workshops.
Upgrade later
Water-based PU systems, assessed on request, where a brand imposes VOC or restricted-substance limits on its suppliers.
Packs
Tins for the repair trade and small factories, drums for production lines.
Documents
TDS and SDS per grade, plus the preparation materials each adhesive was qualified against — a sole bond is a system, not a tin.
Confirm before ordering
Whether your customers do their own surface preparation and what they use now, and whether you are selling to production factories, repairers, or both — they buy different sizes.

For

Professional installers and the hardware trade

Covers

  • Weatherproofing and sanitary joints — neutral cure silicone sealant
  • Glass and glazed ceramic only — acetoxy silicone sealant
  • Door and window gaps — one-component PU foam, gun and straw grades
  • Panels, trim and mouldings — construction adhesive
Where it overlaps
Acetoxy and neutral silicone overlap only on glass. Neutral covers far more substrates; acetoxy competes on price for glazing work. Do not let acetoxy drift onto stone, mirrors or metal in your sales material.
Upgrade later
Low-expansion door and window foam once volumes justify a second foam SKU.
Packs
Cartridges and sausages for sealant and construction adhesive, gun-grade and straw cans for foam.
Documents
TDS and SDS per grade. Aerosols ship as UN 1950 whatever is inside them, so foam and spray SKUs change your freight and storage.
Confirm before ordering
The colours your market expects, whether installers use cartridge or sausage guns, and whether your warehouse can hold aerosols.

What decides the shipment, not the range: each product's dangerous-goods class. Solvent-borne liquids travel as UN 1133 Class 3 and aerosols as UN 1950, and whether they can share a container depends on those classes, your route and your forwarder — it is confirmed per order, never assumed. Send the SKUs you are considering and your destination port, and we will tell you what can travel together.

Custom artwork per SKU costs money before it earns any, so prove a grade sells under a simple label before you commission a full pack design for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you design the packaging for me if I do not have a design team?
Yes, our in-house design team provides complete packaging design services. We create label artwork, packaging layouts, and brand visual identity based on your input — brand name, preferred colors, target market, and positioning. We provide design concepts for your approval and revise until you are satisfied. This service is included at no extra charge for orders above the standard MOQ.
What languages can you print on the labels?
We regularly produce labels in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Vietnamese, and Bahasa Indonesia. We can accommodate any language — just provide the translated text or we can arrange professional translation services. Multilingual labels (2-3 languages on one label) are standard for many African and Middle Eastern markets.
Can I order different products under the same brand?
Absolutely. Most of our private label partners build a multi-product brand spanning contact adhesive, spray adhesive, silicone sealant, and PU foam. We maintain a consistent brand look across all products with category-specific color coding. This is a strong market strategy — distributors prefer suppliers who offer a complete product range under one brand.
How do you ensure label and packaging quality?
Every label batch is checked for print registration, color accuracy (Pantone matching), text readability, and adhesion quality. Filled products are inspected for label placement, fill level accuracy (±2%), seal integrity, and overall packaging appearance. We send photos of finished production for your confirmation before shipping.
Can I start with a small order to test the market?
Yes, we offer trial order quantities for new private label partners. For liquid adhesives, trial MOQ can be reduced to 200 kg per SKU. For aerosol products, trial MOQ starts at 1,000 cans. Trial orders use simplified packaging (label-on-tin rather than full-print tin) to reduce setup costs. Once you validate market demand, we move to full production packaging.
